A 40-year-old Chennai man has affirmed that he endured genuine neurological and mental side effects after he was injected with a dose of Oxford-Astrazeneca COVID-19 vaccine on October 1. In his legitimate notification, he has looked for ₹5 crore pay and suspension of testing and assembling of the vaccine. The DCGI and institutional ethics committee of trustees have begun researching the case.
